Hmmm, I feel...kinda like a princess. Haha, got back home with my pedicured and manicured nails, believe you me, I am so NOT the type of girls who go for these kind of pampering, but ever since I've 'discovered' the real reason why other girls have such pretty nails, and mine look like they belong to an ogre, I think I'm addicted.
I'm getting engaged tomorrow. I wonder what that really means. I mean, I'm doing this seriously just for my mum. I'm happy that I get a sneak preview of the big deal, but I'm also hesitant. Maybe this is for the best, cos at least the first hurdle of overcoming the tension between my dad and mum seeing each other for the first time in a long time, will happen on a small occasion. Insya-Allah, everything will go well tomorrow.
I have pictures of my new pretty room! With pink curtains and cream-coloured satin bedsheets! It's a far cry from its skeletal outlook just a month ago.
But, I'm too lazy and tired to post them. So will just do it on Sunday, after everything is over ya?
Oh ya, just a note to my friends and colleagues out there. I do apologize if my invitations to you seem haphazard and a tad disorganized. I mean well, I'm just inexperienced and extremely scatter-brained when it comes to these kind of matters. So I do apologize beforehand for my oversights and ineptness. I'll get better at this. I promise. *smiles sheepishly*
